ALL EVENT SPONSOR CHECKS MUST GO ACROSS JON'S DESK -This is to ensure that we have all sponsors accounted for when ordering signage and other sponsor "perks"
Event sponsors can make checks payable to "LIME Realty".
If event-level sponsors need an "invoice" for the sponsorship, LIME's W-9, or have questions that you are unable to answer, please get them in contact with Jon.

Sponsors who are only sponsoring your tent will be permitted to display their stuff at your tent ONLY. They will NOT receive any of the signage, tent space, marketing materials, etc., or be part of the scavenger hunt.
When accepting sponsorships for your personal event area, please keep in mind that IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW TO ACCEPT CASH FUNDS DIRECTLY FROM ANY SETTLEMENT SERVICE. To do so would be a violation of RESPA and could result in serious consequences. Settlement services include, but are not limited to:
Title companies
Attorneys who render real estate services
Surveyors
Appraisers
Mortgage companies/lenders
Inspectors (home, pest, etc.)
If you are being sponsored by a settlement service, the best way for them to be your sponsor is to provide food, drinks, goodies, etc. themselves and to just bring them to you or the event
So long as your sponsor is not considered a settlement service, you are welcome to accept funds directly from them.
