General Event Information

Date: Saturday, June 28th
Time: 7:00pm - 10:00pm-ish
Location: Tuttle, OK

Things to know and plan on:

  • IF AGENTS OR SPONSORS ARE PARKED BEHIND THEIR TENTS DURING THE EVENT, THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE THROUGH THE CROWD AT ANY POINT AND MUST REMAIN PARKED UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE FIREWORKS SHOW. AT NO POINT BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT/SHOW SHOULD ANY CAR BE DRIVEN THROUGH THE SPECTATOR AREA.

  • There is NO COST for agents to participate.

  • LIME will NOT be providing food/drinks for this year's event. Individual agents will be responsible for feeding their own guests (talk to sponsors and get them to help you out).

  • Bring your own trash can(s)

    • LIME will provide trash bags

  • EVERYONE IS ON TRASH DUTY FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT.

If you see a trash can that is full, pull the trash bag out, tie it up (you can leave it right by the trash can and we will pick it up), and replace the trash bag.

  • LIME will be providing bottled water which will be located in the barn on the property.

  • Port-a-potties and a First Aid station will be provided and located in the barn.

  • No attendee tents allowed. If tents are required for a medical-related issue, agents must coordinate this and set up the tent during the planned setup time.

  • Attendees are NOT permitted to bring their own fireworks - This is a safety and liability issue. If they do bring them, please ask them to return the fireworks (even small things like sparklers) to their vehicles.

  • Encourage attendees to bring their own chairs, blankets, coolers, etc. that will make them comfortable for the event.

  • Absolutely no guns, knives, or weapons of any kind to be brought by anyone. Again, with a crowd this large, this is a safety and liability issue.

  • Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals will be the only animals permitted. No other pets are allowed.

  • Glow stick necklaces will be provided for every child attending the event. Once the sun goes down, let your guests with children know to have the kids wear the necklaces. This is once again... you guessed it... a safety precaution. This allows the fireworks team to easily see children in the dark and ensure they are not getting close to the fireworks area.

  • Wristbands are available to be picked up at the office. See Jon during his regularly-scheduled office hours to pick yours up.

  • When inviting your clients, DO NOT share the location address in the invitation. Only share the address with attendees after they RSVP.

  • You will be able to park near your tent during the event, but you must arrive no later than 5:00 pm. After that time, you will be required to park in the parking area.

  • There are no electrical hookups available, so if you need electricity, you will need to bring a generator.

  • If you hear the music stop over the sound system, please help with crowd control and ask them to quiet down so that announcements can be heard.

  • FIRST AID STATION WILL BE LOCATED IN THE RV GARAGE ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE.

Event Timeline

    • Final announcements will be made

    • National Anthem performed by our own Jeremy Kimbro

Event Setup/Cleanup Information

Mowing Party

Date: Thursday, June 26th
Time: TBD

We need volunteers to bring their riding lawnmowers to help the property owner mow the field. Once a more specific time is determined, we will let you know. The more mowers we have, the quicker it will get done.

Event Setup

Date: Friday, June 27th
Time: All Day

ALL REALTOR TENTS, EQUIPMENT, TABLES, ETC. MUST BE SET UP ON FRIDAY. THERE WILL BE NO SETUP TIME ON SATURDAY.

Cleanup

Date: Sunday, June 27th
Time: Morning (Specific time TBD)

If you participate in the event, make every effort to be there the morning after to help us clean up the property. PLEASE!

  • DO NOT mess with cleaning up the fireworks in the staging area unless specifically asked by Jared. There are pieces of equipment that may look like trash, but are not. These things were accidentally thrown away last year and had to be rebuilt from scratch this year adding those costs to the event once again.
